Refund policy
30-day returns You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
How to return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and check the item, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns sent to the wrong address.
Return shipping Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to send the item back.
Non-returnable items Gift cards and items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase.
Cancellations You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that your order may already be processing; contact us and we will do our best to help.
