Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (after discounts). Orders under $75 ship for a low rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Our products ship from US warehouse partners. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days after ordering. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, contact us and we will look into it.

Lost or late packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
